I started Civic Streets to collect all of the good stuff out there --all in one place--that actually serves voters and leaders. I cut the lard out— the hysteria, extremism, misinformation, self-promotion, elitism– and prioritize learning and wisdom. A little about me: I served as a senior message and media strategist in Washington, D.C. for many years, helping secure nine public policy wins nationwide and in numerous states. I now live in Houston and am a university lecturer on government, civic leadership, and policy advocacy. I have a Master’s in American Government from Johns Hopkins University and a higher education teaching certification from Harvard University.
